Qube / Talison Greenbushes Lithium Project

Horizon supported the transport of lithium concentrate from Talison Lithium's Greenbushes operation to Bunbury Port, providing a mine-to-port logistics service within one of Western Australia's most important critical-minerals supply chains. The Greenbushes mining and processing operation is immediately south of the town of Greenbushes, approximately 90 kilometres south-east of Bunbury's bulk-handling port, and produces technical- and chemical-grade lithium concentrates from spodumene ore.

Delivered within a Qube-led logistics environment, the work aligns with Qube Bulk's broader mine-to-market capability across road transport, storage, stockpile management, port handling and ship-loading services. The project demonstrates Horizon's experience coordinating mineral-concentrate movements between an operating mine and export facility, including the scheduling discipline and port-interface awareness required for a strategically important regional freight corridor.
